Boron (B) and Titanium (Ti), in quantities no more than ≤ 0.006% and 0.1% respectively, are being introduced into the steel according to a schedule. In all cases, the residual content of Boron (B) and Titanium (Ti) must be no less than ≥ 0.001% and 0.03% respectively.
